Since ZULU is a marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers, each seller handles their own return and refund policies. ZULU does not sell products directly and is not liable for returns — but we're always here to help facilitate communication between you and the seller.
Return Process
Contact the Seller
Go to your order details and reach out to the seller directly via the messaging feature or their provided contact information.
Agree on Terms
Discuss the return reason with the seller. They will guide you through their return policy, including timelines and conditions.
Ship & Get Refunded
Once the seller approves the return, follow their instructions to ship the item back. Your refund will be processed by the seller.

You can find the seller's return policy on the product page or in your order details. If it's not listed, contact the seller directly through the messaging feature.
What if the seller is unresponsive?+
If you're unable to reach the seller, contact our support team at support@zulu.lk and we'll help facilitate communication on your behalf.
How long do refunds take?+
Refund timelines depend on the seller's policy and your payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5–14 business days after the seller receives the returned item.
Can I return items purchased from different sellers in one shipment?+
No. Since each seller manages their own returns, items must be returned separately to each respective seller.
