By accessing or using the ZULU website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

ZULU reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

ZULU is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers. ZULU does not sell products directly. All products listed on the Platform are offered by independent sellers who are solely responsible for the listing accuracy, product quality, fulfillment, and customer service related to their products.

To make purchases on ZULU, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

ZULU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When you place an order through the Platform, you are entering into a transaction with the seller, not with ZULU. ZULU facilitates the payment process but is not a party to the sale.

• All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment methods include credit/debit cards and cash on delivery where available
• ZULU uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information

Sellers on the ZULU marketplace are responsible for:

• Accuracy of product listings and descriptions
• Product quality, safety, and compliance with local laws
• Order fulfillment and shipping
• Customer service, including returns, refunds, and warranty claims

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform. You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

All content on the Platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of ZULU or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZULU shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• The quality, safety, or legality of products sold by sellers
• Any disputes between buyers and sellers, including returns, refunds, and warranties
• Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies

ZULU acts solely as a marketplace intermediary and does not guarantee any transaction outcomes.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@zulu.lk.

ZULU may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
